Start with a role that fits your experience. Read the duties, location, contract and application instructions on the employer’s own website. A directory is a starting point; an employer advert is where you check whether a vacancy is still open.

Check sponsorship separately

Read the advert’s sponsorship details and the destination’s official work route. Ask the employer about anything the advert leaves unclear. Save the advert and its original link so you can return to the same source.
